We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and dependable Residential Security Guard (Bảo vệ khu dân cư) to join our team in a residential complex. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and order of the residential area, ensuring a peaceful environment for all residents. Whether you are patrolling the premises, monitoring access points, or assisting residents with their inquiries, your presence is key to providing peace of mind to the community. We offer a "live-in" (bao ăn ở tại chỗ) arrangement, providing dedicated on-site accommodation and meals for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
Surveillance & Patrol: Conduct regular foot patrols of the residential premises, including common areas, parking lots, and building perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.

Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points for residents, guests, and delivery personnel. Verify identities, manage visitor logs, and ensure that only authorized individuals enter the complex.

Safety Monitoring: Keep a close watch on security cameras (CCTV) where applicable, and report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, unlocked doors) immediately.

Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact in case of emergencies, including fire, medical incidents, or security breaches. Coordinate with emergency services and residents as needed, following established safety protocols.

Resident Assistance: Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents, such as handling package deliveries, helping with gate access, and addressing minor noise or order complaints in a polite and firm manner.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs of shift activities, incidents, visitor traffic, and equipment status in the provided shift report book.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure security equipment (e.g., gates, flashlights, radios, communication devices) is in good working order and report any malfunctions to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience as a security guard, military, or police service is highly preferred. Must be physically fit and capable of performing standing and patrolling duties for extended periods.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing for reporting purposes.

Familiarity with operating security systems (gate controls, basic CCTV monitoring).
