JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce products/services and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients; provide excellent support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose effective sales strategies.
Consulting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver professional presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to individual customer needs.
Lead Management: Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and updating the CRM system regularly.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and promotional campaign execution.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings to the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related roles. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly.
Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
Soft Skills: Good time management, organizational skills, and a professional attitude.
