We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Setup & Support Specialist to manage the operational logistics of our large-scale events. Key Responsibilities
Large-Scale Floor Execution: Manage the systematic setup and teardown of extensive venue configurations, including stage builds, complex seating arrangements, and large-scale decor installation according to detailed floor plans.

Logistical Coordination: Oversee the movement and placement of heavy equipment, event furniture, and display materials, ensuring efficient workflows that meet strict event timelines.

Technical Setup Support: Assist in the installation and verification of large-scale audio-visual equipment, including rigging points, PA systems, and projection displays, in coordination with technical production crews.

On-Site Operational Support: Act as a primary point of contact during event load-in and load-out, troubleshooting logistical bottlenecks and ensuring all health, safety, and operational standards are upheld.

Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain rigorous organization of event inventory, including staging materials, equipment cases, and furniture, ensuring all items are tracked, inspected, and stored properly.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to venue safety policies, including crowd control barriers, fire exit clearance, and safe heavy-lifting practices for all personnel.

Team Collaboration: Partner with external vendors, contractors, and internal departments to synchronize operations for high-occupancy event days.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in event production or rigging is highly preferred.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in large-scale event operations, convention center logistics, or stadium/arena setup.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reading and executing complex architectural/event CAD drawings or floor plans.

Technical aptitude for operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lifts) and basic hand tools.

Demonstrated experience managing high-volume equipment setups under strict time constraints.
