We are seeking a detail-oriented, physically capable, and highly organized Event Setup & Support professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Event Setup & Breakdown: Execute floor plans by arranging tables, chairs, stages, AV equipment, and decor according to event specifications, ensuring a timely setup and breakdown process.

Equipment Management: Transport, assemble, and test event-related equipment, including audio-visual gear, lighting, and presentation tools, ensuring everything is fully functional before events commence.

Operational Support: Provide active on-site assistance during events, troubleshooting minor technical issues, managing room configuration changes, and ensuring all facility standards are met.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques, cable management, and fire safety protocols to protect guests, staff, and equipment.

Coordination: Collaborate effectively with event planners, catering staff, and facility management to ensure seamless communication and execution of the event schedule.

Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain event equipment, reporting any damages or maintenance needs to management to ensure all assets remain in excellent condition.

Quality Assurance: Conduct final walkthroughs of event spaces to ensure cleanliness, aesthetic standards, and functionality are perfectly aligned with client expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in events management or AV support is a plus.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in event operations, facility management, or a physical labor-intensive service role.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of AV equipment (projectors, microphones, sound systems) and manual assembly of event furniture.

Ability to read and interpret event floor plans and technical diagrams.

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy event equipment.
