Job Responsibilities
Web App Development: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications that provide a native-like experience on mobile devices.

PWA Implementation: Implement and optimize Progressive Web App (PWA) features, including Service Workers, Web App Manifests, Offline Caching, and Push Notifications.

Performance Optimization: Ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth animations, specifically optimizing for mobile network constraints and limited device hardware.

Cross-Platform UI: Create intuitive, touch-friendly interfaces that adapt seamlessly across various screen sizes (smartphones, tablets) and browser environments.

API & Backend Integration: Integrate frontend interfaces with RESTful/GraphQL APIs to ensure data synchronization and real-time updates.

Browser Compatibility: Conduct rigorous testing across mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Samsung Internet) to ensure consistent functionality and appearance.

Accessibility & SEO: Ensure applications meet web accessibility standards (WCAG) and are optimized for search engines to improve discovery.

Deployment: Manage the deployment of web apps, ensuring proper HTTPS configuration and deployment strategies (e.g., Vercel, Netlify, or cloud-based hosting).

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on mobile-first design and PWA technologies.

Technical Skills:

Core: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Frameworks: Proficiency in modern frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js.

PWA Expertise: Deep understanding of Service Workers, IndexedDB, Cache API, and Web Manifest files.

Tools: Experience with Git, Webpack/Vite, and mobile debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse for PWA auditing).

Design Sense: A strong eye for mobile UI/UX design and best practices for touch interfaces.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle offline/online synchronization challenges and local storage management efficiently.

Communication: Clear communication skills to collaborate with designers and backend developers in an Agile team.
